Ordering
To order on line from Out U Like web site complete the details required and click the order send button.
If you have any problems or need advice our staff will be only too pleased to help and advise you.
Postage
Delivery is by Recorder Delivery. A signiture is required upon delivery.
We try to dispatch orders within 3 working days from cleared payment.
Acceptance of Order
Once we have received your order we will e-mail you with confirmation of your order.
If goods are out of stock we will let you know within seven days when they are due in to stock and offer you either an alternative or a refund if the expected delivery date is not suitable.
Payment is accepted via PAYPAL, Cheque or Postal Order. Once an order has been accepted by us it will be a binding agreement between us.
Prices include V.A.T. and delivery is available to Mainland UK Only. Any orders outside the UK please contact us for delivery charges.
Payment will be taken at time of order. If goods are returned the delivery fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product we will refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase providing the goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging, together with your receipt. A fee of 10% will be charges to cover costs incurred.
Conditions
All goods sold on our web-site comply with the necessary UK safety and legal requirements.
Most goods are covered with a 12 month manufacturers warranty from date of purchase, please note that the warranty does not cover items that have been misused or accidentally damaged.
Manufacturers usually request that their products are returned to them for inspection before repair or replacement and this can cause unavoidable delays.

Descriptions are as accurate as possible but colours of images may vary slightly on photographs. Also design specifications may change slightly from time to time.
